Share Your Public Reports with Third-Party Vendors

We work with Third-Party Vendors to allow them access to Client Report Data via our API for any Samples that our Clients choose to make Publicly Viewable.

To allow one or more of our approved Third-Party Vendors to access your Publicly Viewable Reports via our API, simply check the box next to the Third-Party Vendor's name.
To disable API access for a given Third-Party Vendor, just uncheck the corresponding checkbox.
If you're unsure, just leave all the checkboxes unchecked.
Please be aware that once data has been accessed by a Third-Party Vendor, it is "in the wild" and cannot be recalled, even if you set the Sample back to Private.

Sample Acceptance
You can change the Company Name that appears on your reports. Here you can create Whitelabels for the Selected Company that you can then assign on a per-sample basis. To create a Whitelabel, select your target company, type your desired value into the Whitelabel field(s), and click Add.
You may also Whitelabel the Address, if you wish. If you do, be sure to allow the address to be shown (under the "Show Address" tab).
Select the Parent Company name, not the Whitelabel value.
The Whitelabel Address will trump the Parent Company's default address on Reports and in the Public Portal.
To remove a Whitelabel, click the Delete button in the list.
Note: When you delete a Whitelabel, it will STILL BE IN USE for any samples that you assigned it to. You will need to remove it on a per-sample basis if that is what you wish to do.

This feature can be used to designate samples as "Accepted" by your organization.
This will cause Sample records in the grid to be "grayed out" if you mark them as "Accepted".
This tool is not intended to be used as a stand-alone compliance feature, but may be used to supplement your internal records.
If you disable this feature, any Samples marked as "Accepted" will retain that status, and if you re-enable this feature, those samples that had been marked as "Accepted" will remain that way.
